You will no doubt be aware of the new GDPR rules that came into force on 25 05 2018. As an existing customer or potential customer requiring a quote I will need to hold some basic contact information in order to provide a business to business service.
The information I would need to hold could include contact names, contact job titles, contact phone numbers and contact/company email and postal addresses. This information will only be used for business activities such as responding to enquiries and providing quotes, undertaking work on projects/order processing and general day to day business communication and invoicing.
This information would never be passed on to any third parties and will only be used by myself as relevant to each specific work task. Any documentation will be held as paper and digital files. Paper files for a period of three months, digital files for a period of five years (as required by HMRC for tax purposes)
I will assume that you are happy with this arrangement and consent to continue as required for any business transactions to proceed.
